Shipping Costs
Our books are usually
shipped by book rate for domestic (U.S.) orders and surface
mail for overseas. Shipping will be calculated when you place
your order online.

We
publish and distribute our books as a service. If you receive
a book from us that does not bless you, return it to us in a reasonable
amount of time (we let you decide how long this is) and we will
refund the full invoice price including shipping, cheerfully and
without question.
